Bug Description
There are several screens that use the "anonymous layout". These screens include forgot password, the next screen in forgot password (recovery), accept invitation. In IE, the right margin is set way too far to the right, possibly due to the CSS refactoring (but possibly not.)

To recreate:
1) In IE, click Logout.
2) Click the link to "Forgot Password".
