update fail to install new kernel

Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.28-14-generic

during an update the system try to install the 2.6.28-14 generic kernel, but the installation report an error during update-initramfs.
I've tray to download and install the server version but also this report the same error.
I've try to reboot the system and this is the last installation log message:

@Khushil, you're issue is different. You ran out of disk space as indicated by "gzip: stdout: No space left on device". Free up space first and try again.

@HkK, examining your DpkgTerminalLog.gz file I see the following. Have you uninstalled grub? Or done something such that it's not recognized?

Searching for GRUB installation directory ...

No GRUB directory found. To create a template run 'mkdir /boot/grub' first. To install grub, install it manually or try the 'grub-install' command. ### Warning, grub-install is used to change your MBR. ###

User postinst hook script [/sbin/update-grub] exited with value 1

Dear Leann Ogasawara,

I've solve the problem.

I think that I've download a broken package. I've remove all that mean
2.6.28-14 and I've try to install It the day after and I'ts work fine.
My grub was ok, and now also the 2.6.28-14-server kernel work fine.
