This is not a bug in Ubuntuone. You'll need to configure exceptions in Adblock+ just like you would any other website for which it blocked a feature.
As far as the noscript Application Boundarys Enforcement feature, it's unfortunate that it is blocking retrieval of the host name for adding to your account. We added this feature so that when you add machines to your account it gives them a meaningful name rather than a random string of characters. I believe there should be a way to configure exceptions to this feature, but I have no specific knowledge of it other than turning it off.
I'm converting this to a question, rather than marking it as invalid. You have perfectly valid concerns/questions, but this is not a bug in the website.
