Wifi reporting that scanning is not available

It would be nice for the comman user to know that there card does not support scanning. It says it on the command line. (as an output from iwlist scan) But it would be useful to add a popup or something better to say that the card does not support scanning. Thanks...

Could you provide output from your iwconfig? I don't have card that doesn't support scaning.
