Bug Description
it should be possible to define multiple listeners for one network with different settings for backlog (one with normal backlog, one with none, maybe more).
this would be very nice for scripts that connect to irc (through ctrlproxy), gather some informations for various statistics, and disconnect again, as such scripts don't need the backlog
