Screen bottom limit is not respected

Binary package hint: notify-osd

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotifyOSD#Inside%20the%20bubble states that bubbles cannot be so tall that it extends beyond the bottom limit (6ems top op the bottom panel), but this limit is not respected.

This bug will still be valid, but will be harder to reproduce, after bug 402246 is fixed.
