Please sync arc-colors 2.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We only uploaded the packages to Ubuntu, because we were not sure if it gets through the Debian NEW queue in time.

Changelog since current karmic version 2.6-0ubuntu1:

arc-colors (2.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Add new arc-dust and arc-illustrious packages.
  * Bump standards version to 3.8.2, no changes needed.
  * debian/rules: Use the Makefile to install the icon themes.
  * Remove debian/*.links files, the Makefile creates the links.
  * Remove debian/*.xml files, they are adopted by upstream.
  * debian/copyright: Update for new wallpapers.
