Bug Description
This only happens under Windows Vista and 7 when Aero (aka DWM) is on.
When you take a screenshot of a specific window (using Alt+PrintScreen), you end up getting garbage in some of the borders.
The results seem to vary depending on how many windows are open, how many are on top of the current window, and how many are below.

This bug was resolved by trunk revision 51, and was released in version 2.3.0.0
