scrolling with keyboard doesn't always work

Running up-to-date Karmic here with FF3.5/Shiretoko

two issues for scrolling_

1) scrolling with Down-Arrow does not scroll a few lines as it did previously but jumps from line to
    line in the text. It's not scrolling at all until the end of the screen is reached
2) scrolling with PgDn will often not scroll at all. I have yet to find when it does and when not.

It seems bugs #452763, 401859, and 441092 might be the same bug.

My first time in launchpad, not sure how to navigate that, I posted a lot of info under #452763 (facebook problems), since that's the place I see it... because facebook is my primary site for surfing!

What should a user do when symptoms match several different bug numbers? Don't want to cross-post redundantly; assuming programmers look across all related bugs, right?

Keyboard scrolling problem reproduce-able!

I did File > Save Page As > ... with the 'Web Page Complete' option, which puts all relevant resource locally in subfolders.

When saved this way, I can reproduce the scrolling bug with my local copy.

But how do I 'attach' an entire folder of stuff to launchpad?

Anyway, it's easy to reproduce yourselves, if you join the facebook group

The bugs are VERY specific:
 From top of page...
  1st DownArrow does nothing (NO scrolling).
  2nd DownArrow jumps all the way to bottom.
 and
  1st PageDn scrolls just past the dark blue AND light blue banners
  then PageDn does nothing.

 From bottom of page...
  1st UpArrow jumps all the way to top.
  1st PageUp jumps to same "banner boundary point" as 1st PageDn from top.

If you tell me how to send entire folder of save web page, I'll do it.
But easier just to join that facebook group yourselves.

And the thought occured to me, that the problem might be cause by the animated advertising widgets on the right edge, which are always randomly changing... thus making the scrolling bugs inconsistent.
