Bug Description
Both Karl Fogel and I have seen timeouts when hitting http://
The OOPSes are as follows: OPS-1297EB144 OOPS-1297EC70 OOPS-1297EC71 OOPS-1297EA149 OOPS-1297EC77.
The OOPSes all appear to be related to a query against the Branch table. The page does not time out when viewed anonymously in production.
