Bug Description

After installing Kino, user cannot use videocamera, because there are no appropriate rights set for /dev/raw1394.

The solution is simple: sudo chmod a+rw /dev/raw1394

However, it is a really stupid bug and should be solved quickly...

I can confirm it, I used a workaround: running kino as root.
I don't know which package should this bug be assigned to.

The "sudo chmod a+rw /dev/raw1394" needs to be run after every reboot to be able to access firewire video camera in Kino, so it definitely needs some udev rule for appropriate access rights setting.
