Bug Description

the 0.6.2 manpage is not up-to-date wrt. archive dir and name:

* states the default archive dir is ~/.duplicity when it's actually ~/.cache/duplicity
* mentions the archive dir must be unique when given manually, but actually --name is added anyway.
* states that the manifests are stored locally "if" an archive dir is used.

i've patched those and included the four possibilites from the changelog, patch attached.

az
