Bug Description

Using a MSI Megabook S260 sleep works fine but wakeup failed. The computer seems to start up (noise, lights) but nothing happened on the screen which keeps black. I was able to switch to the console (ctrl + alt + f1) but the console freezed immediately after executing "ls /". Sleep works fine for this system with Breezy.

Hi,

Do you still have this problem with Edgy Beta?
Thanks in advance.

I don't have this problem with Edgy Beta installed on a harddisk. With Edgy Beta live CD I don't get the option to set the computer into sleep/standby mode. Just shutdown, hibernate and reboot. Maybe sleep mode is disabled by default?
