Suspend, Sleep and Hibernate crash when returning to active mode

Bug Description

The Desktop correctly suspends its self, however (true to both Sleep and Hibernate as well) when returning to active mode, before entering GUI terminal is displayed with a "_" symbol.
The pc will no function until a reboot is preformed.

I think the problem is from Ubuntu. Most of user is ask this in Ubuntu forum and sometimes they say they moved to Debian, Fedora...

I have the same problems but I installed hibernate in Synaptic and for hibernate my computer I write on terminal sudo s2disk and work good for now until someday resolve this problems but you can try

When I type into terminal "sudo pm-hibernate" or "sudo pm-suspend" it works very well. Peace
