Bug Description
The fix for bug #398068 added an upgrade trigger to the openvista-utils RPM that would look for existing databases and increase the lock size on those databases. Unfortunately, if the databases are in use, mupip set will fail, and the RPM won't install properly.
We should detect when mupip set fails and print a warning on the screen, then continue with the RPM installation.
