Possible to drill with elevator (v.0.2.1 Ubuntu)

It is, sometime, possible to drill with the elevator (bone and teeth material removed). No specific pattern has been discovered yet. Happened when Omni was used, not in mouse mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start FsWisdom and login
2) Launch an exercise (an haptic exercise)
3) Press and hold the right pedal to start the drill
4) Press the Elevator button when the drill is active

Happens if one uses the pedals and the UI at the same time.

Suggested solution: When pedals are connected the Drill/Elevator buttons should be disabled.
You change tool with the pedals.

Solved in lp:~jocke-karlsson/forssim/check_pedal (Ubuntu v.0.2.3).

The Drill and Elevator buttons are disabled therefore it is not possible to change in GUI. If "h" on the keyboard is used during drilling the elevator is shown and the drillspeed is set to 0, which is good!

It is now possible to drill with the elevator in the mouse cases (cases from local and public ftp used)

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start FsWisdom and login
2) Launch an exercise (a mouse exercise)
3) Press space button to activate the drill
4) Press the Elevator button (GUI) when the drill is active

Tips: Its good to use advanced tab to see what the drillspeed is during debugging. This drillspeed is directly connected (routed) to the value in ADrillableNode and hence the value used to determine if we should drill or not (i.e. call cutVolume()).

Solved with bzr branch lp:~jocke-karlsson/forssim/Bug_400647. No longer possible to drill with the elevator when the pedals has been disconnected.
