Bug Description

In IntensityWindowingImageFilter method SetWindowLevel requires two parameters but current implementation of TITKFactory.parse_doc only consider the first one.

This prevents using the methods and causes an error when the filter is updated because FilterData parameters are wrong for the method.

Either fix parse_doc or do not create traits for methods with more than one parameters

For now I'll just exclude methods with more that one parameters as they are rare.
