Project buckets

Let's take as example the Solenoid theme for MoinMoin: http://moinmo.in/ThemeMarket/Solenoid.

If I want to register a project for this theme here in Laucnhpad, currently I need a name like moin-solenoid-theme, or just solenoid, etc. However it would be nice to have buckets (categories and sub-categories) to put the projects into. In the example we could have the moinmoin project acting as a bucket, then inside it the themes bucket, then the project itself. The URL would become something like http://launchpad.net/moinmoin/themes/solenoid.

Every project would be also a bucket for sub-projects. If you register a project under another project, and one element in the name path is not a project, then it's just a bucket. All this would work just like Moin sugpages themselves. For example, if you go to http://launchpad.net/moinmoin, you'd see the project page itself and a list of contained buckets/sub-projects.

As "themes" would not be a project itself, but just a category of sub-projects, it would be listed as just a bucket in moin project page. When you access http://launchpad.net/moinmoin/themes, then you'd see a bucket page with some descrpition like "here are the moin theme projects". Then Solenoid would be listed there, and clicking in the link would take you to http://launchpad.net/moinmoin/themes/solenoid. The URL is clear, moinmoin/themes/solenoid, rather than raw moin-solenoid-theme or moin.theme.solenoid or just solenoid, etc.

The feature you described is tracked by bug 288887 and bug 294159. I'm duplicating against the latter as it seems to best describe the core of the feature you reported here.
