GearmanJobServerSession should attempt to re-establish dropped/no-existent sessions. Currently, if a session can not establish a connection to a jobserver or the connection is dropped, it does not attempt to re-establish the connection, it should

removing this from 0.04 as I would like to get 0.04 release soon (next week or two) and dont think I will have the time to address this in that time period
