apparmor fails to load

Bug Description
I tried reinstalling, since it has been failing on karmic. Still broken, as noted below.

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue and help improve Ubuntu. The kernel portion of apparmor underwent some major changes and is currently in testing; you can enable it with the current karmic kernel by booting with "security=apparmor" on the kernel boot command line. This issue is currently being tracked in bug 375422; please give any feedback there. Thanks again!
