session datetime and place can be Null

Bug Description
When I create a sesssion, I have no idea when and where it will be, but I still want to save it as containing a set of people. Assigning sessions to a particular room and time is the last phase.
I can currently work around this by adding dummy times to the session, b/c times are not checked against the date of conference.
