Bug Description
The init script doesn't starts mailscanner with tmpfs mounted /var/run and /var/lock so mailscanner does not get started.
Actual behaviour:
when mailscanner is installed (the postinst scripts created the revelant directories in /var) it works correctly, on the first reboot it stops working.
Expected behaviour:
to starts correctly across reboots.
