Bug Description

After booting on any 2.6.31 kernel, I am not able to turn on the wireless radio on my laptop -- and thus cannot connect to wireless.

Trying to disable and reenable wireless also reproducibly causes NetworkManager to segfault.

After restarting NetworkManager, wireless still does not work.

After doing sudo modprobe -r ath5k and sudo modprobe ath5k and trying to turn on the wireless radio, I am able to connect to wireless.

This is a new issue with the 2.6.31 kernel.

Wireless also stops working on wake from hibernate, and I have to do the above steps all over again.
