Bug Description
After the change when movement mode isn't set on entities, and the "mode" now refers to positioning, the entities don't get that correctly updated when entering water.
For any normal entity, like a settler, it should be set to "floating" when entering deep water. I.e. a swimming effect.

Yep, this would have been caught up in the movement related code purge. The new mechanism for handling this will come shortly.
