Bug Description

Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

This happened when I tried to uninstall phpmyadmin using the purge option. It asked me if I wanted to remove the associated db; I said yes. It failed to remove the db using the admin password I gave it; then it got confused and brought up the install screen option to create the db and so on .. I couldn't follow from that point on. I asked it to cancel/abort on every screen it brought up .. and at some point it burnt and crashed.
