[Needs plugin] task privacy and hiding

I keep all of my personal, professional and private tasks in the one place. This works pretty well for me, but I'd really like to be able to hide all of my private tasks, say, when I'm sharing my workstation with someone else.

I don't know the best way of actually implementing this, but I'd like to have a view option that hid all of my private tasks.

This is, IMHO, clearly a plugin feature.Ask Paulo if it's possible to make a "private mode" plugin who would hide tasks with a certain tag.

I think the cleanest implementation for this would be for the user to set up gtg with 3 tasksources, one for personal, one for professional, and one for private. This approach would permit even going to encryption of the private tasksource (e.g. putting the private.xml or couchdb file into your ~/Private/ directory).

You'd probably also want an idle timeout function that unloads the private tasksource, so if you forget and leave your computer unattended, your co-workers can't easily spy out your nefarious world domination plans.

Hi Jonathan and other interested users,

are you still interested in having a plugin for hiding private tasks in GTG? With the current GTG it is easy to implement using filters. If you don't need it anymore and nobody uses it, it is not worth to spend time on it and maintain it later.
