Automatic picture resizing

Requirements

- Get PIL into buildout

- Tests

- Preserve both the original uploaded version and the scaled version (to allow us to change minds later on scaling/cropping and re-generate)

- Change the helper that gets the profile picture to get the scaled version

Done in revision 3515. The source photo is saved under the key "source_photo" inside the user's profile.

Also added a script, "resize_profile_photos.py", that resizes all existing profile photos (and preserves the source photos).

Hi Shane. Do we need to update the "Prerequisites" on the top-level
README.txt? Meaning, are there any system-level libraries needed by
PIL?
