Possible to disable force feedback (v.0.2.0)

Two new steps to reproduce:
1) Start FsWisdom and logon
2) Start a case (for haptic device)
3) Press Tool button to disable the active tool
4) Press left OR right pedal to enable the tool

<The Tool button is still disabled and if the haptic device is used no force feedback is felt>

Or do it like this:
1) Start FsWisdom and logon
2) Start a case (for haptic device)
3) Press Tool button to disable the active tool
4) Press the Elevator button
5) Press Tool button to enable the tool

<The elevator is now shown in the screen but no force feedback is felt>

The following scenario disables force feedback:

Start "Remove Wisdom Tooth v1"

Disable:
Head, Teeth, Tool, User, Expert and Forbidden

THEN

Enable:
Teeth and Tool.

Result: Force feedback is disabled.

(Perhaps other scenarios for disabling force feedback also are valid)

I can not recreate this problem (0.2.1), for me it works as intended.

Tested for Release 0.2.4.

It's still possible to enable the drill or elevator with the pedals and this is a design choice.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start FsWisdom and logon
2) Start a case (for haptic device)
3) Press Tool button to disable the active tool
4) Press left OR right pedal to enable the tool

The "select tool" buttons (Drill /Elevator) are disabled when using the pedals. Shall these maybe be taken away totally for the cases instead?
