Bug Description
I Karmic, with apport version 1.5-0ubuntu2 I get:
prompt > ubuntu-bug gnome-panel
Could not import module, is a package upgrade in progress? Error: No module named launchpadlib.
This was not during an upgrade, "apt-get check" reports no problem.

Do you still get this in current karmic? What's the output of
dpkg -s python-launchpadlib
? What does
python -c 'import launchpadlib'
say? (should print nothing)
