Bug Description

Each time I reload the following page, the summary of karma points per category gets sorted slightly differently:
  https://launchpad.net/people/jamesh/+karma

This probably indicates that the list of rows is pulled unordered from the database. The items should be sorted in some way.

(The "Total:" row not always appearing at the bottom is bug 3815.)

Sorting had been added by someone else, but it sorts on the karma category id. I am going to change it sort on the category name so it actually looks ordered.
