Bug Description
Performed a sudo apt-get upgrade in terminal with 2-6-30-10 64 bit kernel and I got this error while upgrading:
Setting up cups (1.3.11-1) ...
Installing new version of config file /etc/cups/
* Starting AppArmor
* Loading AppArmor module... [fail]
invoke-rc.d: initscript apparmor, action "force-reload" failed.
* Starting Common Unix Printing System: cupsd

Just noticed this occurred prior to reported error:
Setting up apparmor (2.3.1+
Installing new version of config file /etc/apparmor/

Installing new version of config file /etc/apparmor.
Installing new version of config file /etc/apparmor.

Installing new version of config file /etc/init.
* Starting AppArmor * Loading AppArmor module... [fail]
invoke-rc.d: initscript apparmor, action "start" failed.
* Starting AppArmor * Loading AppArmor module... [fail]
invoke-rc.d: initscript apparmor, action "reload" failed.
So package should be AppArmor and not cups.
