firefox does not follow mouse cursor settings with KDE

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The default cursor theme for KDE is oxygen, but firefox change the cursor shape to DMZ. Such behavior is only for Forefox, other GTK apps doesn't have such issue. If you change the cursor theme using gnome-control-center under KDE, or you use Gnome instead of KDE, the problem does not appears, too.

The bug can be reproduced under all versions of KDE from 4.0.0 to latest 4.2.95.

KDE now have an interface to configure GTK apps, so I just close this outdated bug report.
