Bug Description
In %ZOSV (source file ZOSVGUX.m), LOGOPT^XQ12 is called before dropping down to programmer mode. If XQAUDIT is not defined when making the call to LOGOPT^XQ12, an error will occur at LOGOPT+4^XQ12.
