Confusing Dutch translation of 'ultimate'

In the Dutch translation, both 'ultimately' and 'fully' are translated as 'volledig', while there is an important difference between them.

To see the translation bug in action:

1. run 'gpg --edit-key <key id>'
2. type 'trust'

Part of the output:
  1 = Weet ik nier / Wil ik niet zeggen
  2 = Ik vertrouw het niet
  3 = Ik vertrouw het maar matig
  4 = Ik vertrouw het volledig
  5 = Ik vertrouw het volledig
  m = terug naar het hoofdmenu

4 is 'fully trusted', 5 is 'ultimately trusted', but here they are the same.

I made a patch (see attachment) for the karmic version (gnupg 1.4.9-4ubuntu4), changing 'volledig' to 'ultiem' everywhere the English version uses 'ultimately'. I don't have an installation of Karmic Koala (nor do I have a system I can upgrade to an unstable release), so I haven't tested the patch.

Added bonus in the patch: replaced option 1, 'Weet ik nier' (meaning something like 'I know kidney') with 'Weet ik niet' (meaning 'I do not know').
