Please sync rhythmbox 0.12.3-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

This new upstream fixes chain playing of Ogg files, which has been
a long-standing bug in Rhythmbox. Ubuntu changes might still need
to be applied to the Debian upstream.

the ubuntu versions has changes for launchpad integration, to use firefox rather than iceweasel, etc, can't be synced
