Bug Description

Binary package hint: digikam

Digikam failed to save a file in a folder with a german umlaut.

I did this:
* Opening and editing an image
* Creating a new folder that contained a non-ascii character
* Digikam startet to save but reportet an error

Renaming the folder helped.
