Bug Description
From a consumer hardware standpoint signal strength lower the -90 is crap. Under -95 would have severe packet loss and -99 doesn't even count as a connection. So when I see -99, -100, hell -255 I wonder why wicd doesn't try to roam. Considering not all drivers report properly I think it should be end user changeable, defaulting to -99.
