no way to switch a lightweight checkout

Bug Description
My personal workflow is to have
dev/bzr # shared treeless repository
lp/1.17-my-work # a treeless branch that will be mirrored to lp:~jameinel/bzr/1.17-my-work
work # A lightweight checkout that points at something like lp/1.17-my-work
bzr-explorer correctly notices that 'work' is a checkout, and points at a given branch. It doesn't seem to have any "switch" functionality.
I *think* that would fall under "Bazaar" but I'm not really sure.

qswitch is being developed as part of qbzr 0.13. The functionality is on the Bazaar/Work menu but currently greyed out.
