Launchpad Cloud Authentication redirect issue

I had a problem with Authentication in Launchpad: once authenticated it wouldn't redirect back to U1 ("Sign In" button came back to the same place).

Typing the ubuntuone.com URL manually shows me already logged in. UPDATE: it didn't authorize the request though, see comment.

Now I must add that though it did log me into Ubuntu One, the invitation I asked was not sent "You don't have a subscription to Ubuntu One". If I click on "request an invitation to sign up now" it takes me back to the "Authenticate to Ubuntu One" screen and can't get out of there...

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report. Are you trying to request an invitation? (Clicking the "Request an invitation" link on http://ubunutone.com) I'm trying to understand the exact steps you took. Here is what I think you are doing and seeing:

1) Click "Request an invitation" link on http://ubuntuone.com/
2) Prompted for Launchpad login
3) Login and redirected back to Launchpad login page
4) Endless loop between steps 2 & 3

I was able to reproduce this problem of an endless login loop. I have a free subscription, so if I go to http://ubuntuone.com I am shown my files. If you go to http://ubuntuone.com after logging in, are you shown the "You don't have a subscription to Ubuntu One" screen?
