Person branch listing page timing out

For the past 30 minutes, my code listing page has been timing out consistently.
A few OOPS:

OOPS-1284ED155

I'm pretty sure this is due to the counting team branches that is done at the end of the rendering of the person branch listing.

Retargeting to 3.0, which is the new name for 2.2.9. Haven't renamed the milestone as the 3.0 milestone is in a different series.

At least one user says that they see these timeouts "invariably." Perhaps this would be worth CP-ing since we're not having a rollout until 3.0.

Me too, I have more then 3 months I didn't use my code page. Last week I tried many times to see the page till now; Each time launchpad was showing same error message:

Error: Timeout
Error ID: OOPS-1340B307
