Bug Description
When viewing a community's overview page, if any blog comments are listed in the Recent Activity section, clicking on the comment's title takes you to a page for the comment. This page only has Edit and Delete actions and the user cannot see the discussion's context or add a new comment.
In KARL2, clicking on a comment took you to the blog entry page and scrolled you to the comment.
