Please sync silc-toolkit 1.1.9-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has updated their package to the latest upstream version which
incorporates the patch applied in the previous version of this package.
So the package can be synced again.
Changelog since current karmic version 1.1.7-2ubuntu1:
silc-toolkit (1.1.9-1) unstable; urgency=low
[ Daniel Kahn Gillmor ]
* cleaning up debian/control. Thanks, Lintian!
[ Jérémy Bobbio ]
* New upstream release.
* Update Vcs-* field and document Git usage in README.source.
* libsilc and libsilcclient are now shipped in two different binary packages
in order to respect their SONAMEs. The -dev package depends on both and
has been renamed to libsilc-dev.
* Put -dbg packages in the "debug" section.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.2, no changes required.
* Update watch file.
