Please do not register bugs for that version of Me TV against this project. This project is for the Ubuntu version of Me TV which you are not using.

In the future, please just send an email to the mailing list.

I cannot replicate this. I need a stack trace or at least a verbose output.

Hi,

Yes, it's not easy :) but I do appreciate your effort. There's an easier way to do this. Please read this, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport. The important bit is the 'How to enable apport' section. Hope that helps.

Cheers,

Michael

I'm just trying to find someone with a 64 bit Jaunty because I can't work out how to examine your 64 bit core file on my 32 bit system (if it's even possible).

Normally, when you are using a pre-release version of Ubuntu, Apport will submit the report to LP for you and then start "retracing" it for you. This gives the developers the lines of code in their program that is causing the crash. I our case, we are not using an Ubuntu version so LP does not keep the debug symbols/line numbers for the code.

Are you on IRC? If so, please try #me-tv on FreeNode.
