Java Webstart icons stop working after Sun Java is updated to a new version

Ubuntu 9.04, Jaunty
Never experienced this before on any previous Ubuntu release and I have been using Webstart on Ubuntu for a long time.
The error message (translated back from Hungarian):
It was not possible to execute the child process ("/usr/
It looks like that Sun Java is installed in a folder called "java-6-
When a newer version is installed, an other directory will be created for Java and all of the Webstart desktop Icons stop working.
Manually correcting the icons to "/usr/lib/
Extremely annoying, has never happened on Windows (earlier Ubuntus neither).
