mapi does not allow 2 folders of the same name in the same place. We need to decide, if we want to create a work around. I have seen productive emailing environments, where deleting of a folder does not work at all.

we ran a check against an cyrus imap server. It showed the same behaviour. Therefor we decided to go with this limitation
