Bug Description
When AgeGroup is blank (ie. no default AgeGroup is allocated), focus from prefill should jump to AgeGroup.
This bug is a request, and consensus from discussion between the three of us. However, if bug #394316 is fixed, will this bug be invalid?
That is, will it be blank because competitor will be ineligible for ALL event constraints? In that case, this bug would be invalid.
Please discuss and mark accordingly.

Tudor and I decided that the cursor should jump to age Group anyway, not to Performance. The reason being that competitors at Shield competiton often compete out of their age group to be eligible for that age group in finals should their own not make the finals. Therefore the user needs to check each age group during data entry to try and ensure accuracy.
