Bug Description

Useability issue.

It is hard to determine that you can change the icon for e.g. a launcher by right clicking icon -> Properties -> basic tab and then clicking the icon. The visual feedback when hoovering over the icon does not stand out very well as the icon covers most of the widget.

I would suggest:

* Enhancing the visual feedback - perhaps adding a hoover text. Or add "Click icon to change" text in dialog.
or
* Add "change icon" link/button.

The hoover text would probably make the functionality discoverable.
