Bug Description
Browser: Konqueror
Launchpad focuses new internal launchpad links opened in a new tab automatically.
For example,
Clicking on the "support" button on the left opens in a new tab, but switches focus to that tab.
Disabling the javascript feature in Konqueror (Focus Window: Disallow) fixes this.
As this does not happen on other sites, I would suspect that this is a launchpad "feature" and not a Konqueror bug.

had to enable Focus Window to get this to happen
