Bug Description
Windows XP. version 0.4dev (Qbzr 0.11,bzrlib 1.16.1)
Unable to create a Branch, either as a standalone tree or in a shared repo.
The Branch 'wizard' prompts for a target directory, which must exist, but on execution it then reports -
bzr: ERROR: Target directory "H:/David/

it's a known problem, I hope it will be fixed in bzr 1.17.
