No way of commenting on a question without changing status

Bug Description
Sometimes I need to be able to add a comment to a question in the "Answers" section without changing the status of the question (usually leaving it in the "Open" status). Currently this requires adding a comment and then changing the status back from either "Answered" or "Needs Information" manually.

To post a comment you must log in.
I suggest a third submit button (next to "Add Answer" or "Add Information Request") saying "Leave <current status>" - i.e. "Leave Open", or "Leave Closed", etc.
